Gin-Yeh Technology Industry Co., Ltd., reorganized from Gin Leng Foundry Works Co., Ltd. in 1977, has specialized in the manufacture of cast iron and casting products. Its major product items now include Meehanite cast iron, machine tool castings, grey & spherodical-graphite iron, and automobile mold castings. As a certified Meehanite factory, Gei-Yeh Technology has occupied a total space of 7,300 pings (1 ping=36 square feet) and reached an output of 20,000 tons per year. Due to its supreme quality, excellent service, and fair pricing, the company has obtained a very good reputation in the line in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the company has equipped with full inspection instruments and ranked as the first manufacturer of its kind in Taiwan to pass environmental protection surveillances for three consecutive years.
The company was originally founded in Ba-teh City, Taoyuan County with a total output of 3,000 tons of annealed sand molds and Co2 molds per year. Its products were mainly applied to traditional lathes, machine tools, and other industrial machines. In 1992, the company moved to Yang-shin Road, Yang-mei, Taoyuan County, occupying total space of 2,000 pints. The company owned two sets of 2-tonned middle frequency furnaces for the manufacture of castings for machine tool and automobile uses, with the annual roduction capacity standing at 10,000 tons.
In 2008, the company was reshuffled and changed its name as Gin-Yeh Technology Industry Co., Ltd. The existing plant is located at Yanghu Rd., Yangmei City, Taoyuang County, with a land area of 7,300 pings. Its two sets of 4-tonned middle
frequency furnaces are now able to turn out 20,000 tons of casting per year.
Gin-Yeh is very famous in the machine tool industry in Taiwan, especially in its stringent quality control and stable quality for delivery. Meanwhile, the company hired Mr. Tsai Chuan-hwa as its advisor and consulted in the production technology for many years. The company is also a member of Taiwan Meehanite Co. and receives the technology onsultancy under a periodical basis.
